Join us!Global Business ServicesGlobal Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation.In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.Process Overview*The Deposit Management team deals with Opening, Closing & Maintenance of DDA/Savings Accounts for commercial & corporate clients. The entry channel for receiving work is through email and application like GFO/GSS/OBA. The request received through Email/GFS are enriched by the Casing team and then assigned to processors in GFS. After document review is done, the Account Opener engages Authority Management team to create signer profiles in OBA, post which the Opener proceeds with account opening on SOR. An account closing request begins with deleting all the treasury services that are linked to an account, transfer available funds and then close the account.*Manage and support Treasury Fulfillment Operations team to ensure adherence to delivery standards and exercising business controls to mitigate any potential risk, while keeping open communication channels to keep various stakeholders informed and motivated.Responsibilities*Standardize procedures, controls, workflow and client communication for similar work across teams Engage key stakeholders across levels an work through building agreement across solutions Identify success measures and governance around support departments and roles Deploy overall plan while keeping stakeholders informed of the progress at each step Engage in improving processes through reengineering, system checks, process automation Meaningful interaction and rapport with onshore business partners Develop & grow talent and functional expertise. Act as a change agent and provide implementation assistance as and when the need arises.
