Manager - Legal and Compliance Solutions

About the Role:
Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Manager to support Functional delivery and management of centralized Local Admin activities for business users, Compliance professionals and Novartis stakeholders. Role is responsible for various process management and quality management activities of Novartis wide activities, processes, and programs as it relates to the responsibilities of the Ethics & Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Functional management of process for Centralized Compliance system support service. Define, track, achieve and report/ present the designated important metrics for various stakeholders of the service
2.Ensure high-quality work by implementing quality measures and maintaining quality assurance for all the work across the service. Assign and manage workload for the delivery team and ensure that the team is effectively delivering on the tasks as per target KPIs
3.Resolving and finding solutions to complex issues or cases. Management of governance, operational data, operational proficiency through various KPIs
4.Provide domain expertise, support and consultation. Collaborate with the global stakeholders across NOCCs to support and ensure coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations
5.Accountable for operational execution of work in team. Facilitate process enhancements/ Continuous Improvements. Provide update on the delivery progress to the Clients, leadership and other stakeholders
6.Drive discussions with the Development, Business & IT Teams to enable effective issue resolution and removal of impediments. Ensure consistently high level of client satisfaction through effective management of Client demand and execution of client-specific solutions
