Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Human Resources Shared Services Responsibilities: End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail Well versed with HR policies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university Experience of preferably in HR support role Excellent business English proficiency - both oral and written Passionate highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred High level of integrity, professionalism, and organized nature Adaptability to work across global teams Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership cadre Analytical and problem-solving mindset Critical thinking skills Strong communication and articulation skills.
