Job Description
: Responsibilities: -Support the development and implementation of HR systems
-Provide counselling on policies
-Recruitment
-Develop training and development programs
-Support disciplinary and grievance issues
-Knowledge of HR functions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Keep track of employee performance
- Manage and improve communication
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Roaster of Employees
- Create a safe and inclusive work environment
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Navigating remote hiring and its challenges
- Providing the necessary IT infrastructure for remote work
- Adapting to new trends and technologies
- Hiring talent from abroad
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
-Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
