Job Description


Manage the Empaneled Recruitment Agency as per requirement and provide regular updates. Also, evaluate potential new Service Providers. Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP. Responsible for Display poster at workforce area/ news paper Recruitment tracker management Implement HR and Administration policies and procedures at the unit, ensuring adherence. Manage employee movement (entry and exit), time office, leaves, permissions, and overtime. Manage Entry Card/ Custom card. Plan and optimize regular and contract manpower, coordinating with all departments in the unit. Tie-up with hospital in case of emergency Tie-up with TPA of Group Medical Policy whenever necessary. Responsible for the full employee life cycle, from joining to full and final settlement. Liaison with government authorities and local bodies. Responsible for job responsibilities, and employee personal file document. Handle legal issues, such as labour disputes, disciplinary actions, counselling of employees. Responsible for compliance of ESIC, PF, Pollution Control Board etc. Implement the performance management system at the plant level, collecting continuous feedback from department head for new joining. To submit daily attendance MIS reports to higher Authorities. Manage canteen operations, oversee the daily activities of security personnel, and ensure housekeeping employees comply with SOPs. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances for both permanent and contract workers, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost-effective Recruitment Plan. Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification. Responsible for timely Monthly Salary sheet, monthly absenteeism report, pays lip, ESI Challan, EPF Challan, under factory act -half yearly Return, Yearly return, Bonus, Bonus Return. Factory License and all H.R statuary compliances. Responsible for Social/Ethical Audit as per buyer Code of conduct/ SEDEX AUDIT/ BSCI AUDIT.
