Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the Board of Directors, this role plays a critical part in driving organizational success through effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives and business goals.

Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.

Continuously evaluate and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.

Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

Performance Management:

Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development planning.

Ensure that performance metrics are aligned with organizational objectives and contribute to continuous improvement.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.

Champion initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture and values.

Learning and Development:

Identify training and development needs at both individual and organizational levels.

Design and deliver learning programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and make recommendations for improvement.

HR Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance.

Keep abreast of emerging HR trends, legislation, and best practices to inform decision-making.

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
