Location - Kasba, Picnic Garden, KolkataManager - Human ResourceLocation - KolkataCTC Flexible/ As per Exp.Qualification - MBA - HR / BMExperience - More than 6 year of experience in HRBP role based in KolkataFemale candidate is preferredResponsible for smooth functioning of HR processes in the designated Area by ensuring adherence to the SOPs and addressing employee grievancesDisseminate and implement the HR policies and procedures as mandated by the senior management at the Area levelCoordinate with the Area management over all HR processes to ensure smooth functioning of businessResolve issues related to background checks and attendance for existing peopleLead the overall coordination, development and delivery of training and development activities for the employees in the Area in coordination with the L&D departmentConduct ongoing needs assessments and identify training requirementsCoordinate with the Area management and Talent Acquisition manager to ensure smooth talent acquisition within TATEnsure compliance with PMS guidelines and timelines in the AreaImplement and follow-up on compliance with policies related to employee relations in the AreaLiaise with local employees to address grievances and highlight critical issues to the managementCoordinate surprise checks to ensure all stipulated measures are being implemented to prevent HR lapsesPresent/deliver training to employees (where applicable)
