Inviting applications for the role of Manager, HS & Medical Offshore Workstream Lead
In this role as workstream lead, he/she would own the workstream is responsible for the delivery of all deliverables and take care of the team, capacity planning, utilization, client communication etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage Adhocs/standard cycle deliverables
• Ad hoc request - Code development, SIT, testing, SOP
• Test Plan update
• User Acceptance test
• Adherence to delivery standards
• Accuracy and Timeliness of Deliverables
• Utilization review and update
• Offshore resource leave, utilization, operations planning and governance (offshore)
• Collibra update support for onshore team

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields business administration Bachelors in Comp. Sci., Information Systems, Pharmacy
• Experience in data gov/mgmt. or related field (highly preferred)
• Lower years of experience for MSc. / MTech. / Pharma. / MBA / related Master\xe2\x80\x99s

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• SQL coding \xe2\x80\x93 should be able to write stored procedures, apply window functions
• Should be good with Data manipulation using SQL, Python/R
• Good to have visualization skills \xe2\x80\x93 Tableau/Power BI
• Should be good with Excel \xe2\x80\x93 functions, data modelling
• Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Should have an understanding of Medical Affairs area (Clinical Trials, Grants, Publications, Therapeutic Areas/Disease States etc.)
• Should have understanding of life - sciences data sets like sales data \xe2\x80\x93 IQVIA Exponent Plantrak, NBRx etc.
• It will be helpful if they can demonstrate project management and leadership skills to lead the workstream from offshore when it comes to development, SIT and UAT efforts.
• Good Communication/Negotiation (Optional)
