India's gems and jewellery market contributed around 7% to GDP and 14% to Indias total merchandize export in February21 with a market size was at US$ 78.50 billion in FY21. The jewellery industry in India is largely driven by individual family owned small to medium size businesses. Thus, the Group anticipates that there is scope of development of large retailers / brand in jewellery industry in near future. The venture will benefit from the retail experience, knowhow and trust build over the years with various ABG Luxury Retail Brands. It will also be able to harness the people, technical and operational capabilities from Groups retail arms. The range will be developed as a proof of concept for an integrated offering and may be diversified with multiple brands post establishment of a commercially viable business model.The business has successfully launched 10 stores by October 2024 under the brand name Indriya with plans to ramp up multiple folds in coming year. The initial customer response has been very encouraging.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities1. HRIS Management

  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS system to streamline HR processes, ensure data management & accuracy, and facilitate reporting.
  • Collaborate with RHR / AHRs and IT teams to ensure the system is aligned with HR business needs and is updated with the latest features and enhancements.
  • Manage system integrations with other HR tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Develop and deliver training for HR, Store teams and management teams on using the HRIS and other HR Automation Platforms effectively.
2. HR Automation
  • Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy.
  • Implement and manage automated workflows within HRIS and other platforms to support employee lifecycle management (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, leave tracking, incentive, productivity).
  • Partner with RHRs / AHRs to benchmark and implement innovative HR solutions through automation, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Implement innovative solution from hire to retire to ensure seamless and paperless solutions.
3. Payroll Management
  • Oversee the payroll process for retail stores to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local, state, and central regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate payroll data reconciliation and reporting.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, answer employee queries.
  • Continuously review payroll processes for improvement and ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Support
  • Ensure HR processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including wage laws, tax regulations, and employment standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulations, providing necessary updates and guidance to HR teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll, employee records, and HR systems to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in managing risk mitigation strategies, such as implementing controls to prevent compliance breaches.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive HR dashboards and reports on store employee productivity, for management decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce trends, attrition, performance metrics, adherence and application of HR benefits and policies and benefits.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, data upkeep and data analytics to ensure reporting across all systems.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Act as the key HR partner for Regional HRs, AHRs, store leadership teams to address HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues.
  • Provide training to HR and operations staff on tools, reports, and policies.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to align initiatives with overall business objectives
