MBA - HR / MLW with Min. 10+ Years of experience in HR Department in Pharma / Chemical / Dyes / Dyestuff Industry. Knowledge about Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Documentation, ERP, Government Grievance, Admin Work. Good Communication.
Required Candidate profile
Responsible for All Compliance, Factory, Labour, Audit, Training, Salary, ESIC, PF, Joining, MIS, etc. Implementation of HR policies where its applicable. Salary & Wages administration.
