We are seeking a candidate with HR & Operations experience to undertake the following:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set Objectives for the entire team and track progress on a regular basis
2. Monitor systems, databases, etc
3. Review budgets, performances and set metrics for each
4. Design and implement policies for the different process structures
5. Mediate between teachers, management and CEO
6. Create and review reports on costs, staff performances
7. Address grievances, queries, compensations regulations etc.
8. Yearly performance reviews
9. Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training the next level to coach and discipline employees; scheduling conferences with management team, etc.
10. Manage and oversee the whole recruitment and hiring process to ensure quality staff are hired and retained
11. Administer and manage employee engagement, performance, policies and procedures, implementing training and development programs for the betterment of the company
12. Standardise processes and ensure SOP is put in place for each
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
2. Very dynamic and open minded
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Good attitude with team building capacity
5. Quick learner and adaptable
6. Multilingual is an added advantage
Qualification:
1. MBA or MSW graduate with minimum 3yrs operational experience
2. Laptop with stable WiFi connection

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
