Job Description


Accountabilities: This role is primarily in HR Ops - India Payroll & its related for set of entities. Maintain control on salary generation, disbursement, timely deposit of all statutory dues and reports.Job Profile:

  • Pay structure updation of Employees
  • Handling end to end exit process of resigned employees
  • Deposition of Statutory dues like ESI/P Tax/Labour welfare/Bonus & Exgratia
  • Reimbursement of Expenses like Relocation, Joining Expenses, Relocation Expenses, Marriage and Retirement gifts, All type of Loans payment, LTA reimbursement
  • Inter and Intra transfer of Employees Leaves and Perks balance updation
  • Gratuity PAN India accounting, reconciliation & Renewal with LIC of India
  • Handling of Internal and Statutory auditor including SPARC
  • Providing closing information\'s to Accounts like Leave Encashment data/ Gratuity data for Actuarial valuation and provisioning data for PAN India employees
  • Support to sites in final settlement processing
  • Attendance and leave system support to sites
  • Payroll guidance and best practices to promoter entities.
  • Good excel knowledge
  • Reporting and Dashboard skills for payroll
  • Level 1 co-ordination with SuccessFactors support partner for payroll
  • Mindset for implementing payroll Improvisation and projects
Technical skills: Mandatory to have SAP payroll knowledgeSuccessFactors - Employee Central knowledge can be additional.
