Job Description

: Primary Description: Responsible for the implementation of the Global Colleague Services (Shared Services) strategy for the countries within the scope of support by leading and supporting a highly capable team of Tier 2 Local Specialists. Essential Function: Ensure day to day operations are effective, leading all aspects of the delivery of key programs and support the improvement of processes through the Tier 2 Local Specialist team. Analyze key performance data to ensure efficient daily service delivery, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and to recommend and implement continuous process improvements. Ensure consolidation and consistency of key HR processes & practices across the region with global consideration. Actively participate in the development and implementation of both new and/or changes to policies/procedures, explore pragmatic solutions aligned with the company\'s business and HR model. Partner with Tier 2 Global Specialized functions to develop effective communication & partnership to ensure a smooth delivery of services across Colleague Services Drive Continuous Improvement, act as change champion, make sure that employee engagement is at the core of all change initiatives within the team Support HR Business Partners/Field HR as and when required (i.e. restructures, etc.) Work as part of project teams to share standard processes, focus on continuous improvement, implement changes and new processes, to create working efficiencies, reduce costs and improve quality. Perform other job related duties Education & Experience: Minimum degree in Business or the equivalent. At least 5-8years HR & supervisory administration experience in a corporate and or Shared Service environment in multiple disciplines and geographies Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools Experience with Workday or any other HR employee management system tool (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft) other platforms such as ADP, Service Now Proficient English communication capability
