Role overview
• The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
