Qualifying Skills to get the Job Strong in excel and analytical & Basic email drafting skills. Knowledge of local language & Team Handling.

Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition & Induction:
Preparing department wise organisation charts
Discussing the plan the action for the vacant positions that have to be filled in Recruitment of various levels & types of employees (onroll & offroll staff)
Performing Interview Assessment activity in line with the functional heads
Salary negotiation & fitment as per the grade & designation
Ensure timely issuance of offer letter & Appointment Letter to the employees
Ensure completion of Joining formalities for all set of employees
Provide proper induction to new joinees in coordination with various departments
& heads
Checking the effectiveness of induction once the same is completed
Attendance & Leave Management
Ensure that the attendance calculation & leave management is completed on time & the inputs are given for payroll processing
Ensuring that the PLs, LWPs, Comp offs are applied in SAP as per the attendance cycle
Creating & Updating the salary breakups as & when required
Ensure timely salary release to all the employees
Update & implement minimum wages on time to time
Ensure various statutory payments are done as per statutory date declared
( PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF)
Solving queries pertaining to salaries
Employee Records & Life Cycle Management
Ensure employees Personal file is created and stored in proper rack as well soft copy is also created
Ensure employee\'s personal file updation on promotion/increment/transfer/disciplinary action.
Ensuring issuance of ID card , offer & appointment letter across locations
KRAs & Performance Appraisal
Coordinating with dept heads, reporting authorities for preparation of KRAs
Uploading the KRAs in SAP
Ensure that the process of KRA upload is completed in the system at all levels(Appraisee, Appraiser & Reviewer)
Involvement in conducting bi-annual performance reviews for all employees
Ensure that the appraisal process is completed in SAP
Proper fitment of employees in the bell curve
Ensure timely implementation of employees annual increment
Conducting performance review meetings with the employees
Issuing transfer, promotion & Increment letters.
Confirmation
Completion of performance assessment for probationary employee in coordination with the functional authority
Capture training recommendation and area of improvement
Capture employee\'s performance feedback during probation and confirm or extend probation period or smoothly Termination of employee\'s services.
Statutory Compliances and Employee Welfare ( PF , ESIC, Gratuity , Mediclaim , GPA etc)
Ensure timely payment , control and coordinate with consultant for various compliance under PF & ESIC (form 5 ,10, 12A and ESIC Challan monthly and Half yearly ESIC Return (form 5) , Annual PF Return (6A & 3A) and Bonus.
Ensure enrollment of employees name with ESIC in implemented area or Mediclaim or In house Medicare policy for non implemented area.
Guiding to employees claim under mediclaim and ESIC across country
Ensuring ESIC sub codes are taken for new branches on time and providing it to consultant along with employee\'s Insurance numbers for half yearly returns.
Guiding Branch heads and local HR for various registration /compliances
Ensure Registration and Renewal of RC under CLRA.
Paying gratuity to eligible employees
Attending inspection under PF & ESIC Act.
Participate in Inspection by Clients ( Banks, Insurance companies)
Ensuring that all the registers, displays & notices under various laws of Factories act, shop & esst act , Contract labour act are maintained.
Exit Interview & Separation formalities ( Full & final Settlement)
Managing exit process and capturing feedback , analyzing the resignation & providing feedback to HOD\'s
Ensuring timely settlement of final dues of resigned employees
Issuing notice to the employees who are due for retirement
Ensuring gratuity payment within time frame as and when due
Facilitating PF and Pension withdrawal to resigned/retired employees
CLRA (3P management)
Ensuring Agreement is signed with Vendor before startup of services from Vendor
Ensuring Various compliances are done by Vendor Under Contract Labour Act
Coordinating with A/c Department for Timely payment to Vendor
Minimizing risk for HR compliances
Providing guidance to various location for labour license, registration and various record to be maintained under contract labour act
Maintaining vendor performance, advising vendor on various compliances
To ensure statutory dues of all the 3p staff is released on time
Monthly compliance review
Training
Conducting regular training & review sessions with the team
Addressing & guiding on ways to handle various issues

Competency Mapping
Preparing Job roles & activities for various departments
Performed complete activity of Competency Mapping for all the job roles
Skills needed Communication, co-ordination and strong in analytics. Technical skills: very good in excel and SAP.
