Manager - HR Generalist & Payroll
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans (Payroll).
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in HR with 7-10 Years of Proven experience as an HR Generalist & Payroll Management within a Manufacturing Environment.
2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
4. People oriented and results driven.
5. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
10. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
11. Excellent communication and people skills.
12. Aptitude in problem-solving.
13. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
