POSITION -HR & Payroll Manger Location: - Badlapur \xe2\x80\x93 West- Back Office Company- Keephuman Management Pvt. Ltd. Keephuman deals in to HR & legal compliances & contractual workman supplies to the various state of India such as Maharashtra, Gujrat, Himachal, Punjab & Daman n Diu Monthly Salary \xe2\x80\x93 50-55 K Experience: - 5 years+. Gender: Male Candidate Only. Age Group -28-32
  • Roles & Responsibilities:-
  • Major duties and responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 End to end processing of companies payrolls (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly) for final review for the Manager \xef\x82\xb7 Communication with clients to get the information needed for preparation of payroll \xef\x82\xb7 Updating and maintaining payroll records \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports \xef\x82\xb7 Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and other allowances \xef\x82\xb7 Payroll reporting to meet statutory obligations. \xef\x82\xb7 Calculation and processing of termination payments. \xef\x82\xb7 Processing increases and calculation of back pays. \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation. \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting Payroll Manager with reconciliation and payment of payroll and group tax
  • Reviews payroll before finalizing to ensure accuracy. Prepares and transfers payroll checks. Prepares and transmits direct deposits.
