JOB PROFILES FOR HR Cum Compliance Manager 12+years experienced :-

? Excellent knowledge of various HR and Compliance functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on boarding, evaluation, training & development , wages , ESI/EPF ,Labour law etc.., in depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulation

? Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget.

? Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

? An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations

? Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel with Advance Excel

? Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures

? Strong ethical standards

? Good understanding of labor laws

? Adhere to laws and regulations

? Bachelor's degree in HR and Compliance related field certified professional

? At least 7 to 10 years of experience as an HR cum Compliance Manager

1. New joining salary details entry on software (Biometrics and on Salary in excel) and salary break up details to provide while issue of Appointment Letter.

2. Prepare Attendance and salary sheet in Excel and upload on Salary software

3. Finalize the salary sheet with management and get the salary distribution to employees
