You will support to drive positive culture and enhance employee experience (Process & Engagement). Build capability and skills to support people and business growth regularlyAcademic Qualification & Experience- MBA in HR from Tier 1 campus
- 5-8 years in managing HRBP role along with exposure across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance ManagementTechnical Skills/Knowledge- Extensive knowledge of HR Policies & Systems
