We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to provide personalized secretarial, administrative & HR support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Management. Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Develop Recruitment Strategies & Plans
Manage phone calls and correspondences
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Publish and remove job ads, Social Media Postings
Follow up candidate enquires from social media Platforms
Convert Enquiries into prospective leads & Business
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Create and update records and databases of clients, candidates & Employees
Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
