Manager Housekeeping

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning standards for all areas of the hotel.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning and ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure that their needs are met.
- Work with the Front Office to ensure that guest requests are met promptly.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the housekeeping department to ensure that standards are being met.
- Prepare reports and budgets for the housekeeping department.
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures.
- Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
