This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - HNI and Luxury Sales The role involves day-to-day tasks related to high net-worth individual (HNI) and luxury sales, including prospecting, networking, and closing deals to drive sales growth and meet targets.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the luxury real estate market.- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the luxury real estate sector.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.- Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct property presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.- Travel: Travel to various locations for client meetings, property showings, and industry events (40% travel required).- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.- Training & Development: Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.Qualifications:- Strong sales experience in the luxury real estate sector- Proven track record of working with HNI clients- Excellent negotiation and networking skills- Ability to manage a high-pressure sales environment- Knowledge of the real estate market trends and customer preferences- Effective communication and presentation skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (ref:updazz.com)
