Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviewsxc2xb7 Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-makingxc2xb7 Query Management: Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related mattersxc2xb7 Re-engineering the existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, appropriate controls and reduce dependenciesxc2xb7 Review HR processes in line with the audit requirements and suggest improvements.xc2xb7 Build and help build SOPs for various HR processesxc2xb7 Payroll Support: Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processingxc2xb7 Supervising HR operations deliverables such as, ticket resolution, vendor contracts, onboarding, offboarding etcxc2xb7 Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulationsxc2xb7 Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantagexc2xb7 Knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regionsxc2xb7 Liaising with external partners, including insurance vendorsxc2xb7 Experience using spreadsheetsxc2xb7 Organizational skillsxc2xb7 Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools is an added advantagexc2xb7 Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysxc2xb7 Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentxc2xb7 Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.Your success is grounded in:xc2xb7 Minimum 12-14 years of Experiencexc2xb7 Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Officexc2xb7 Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practicesxc2xb7 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global marketsxc2xb7 Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlinesxc2xb7 Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situationsxc2xb7 Able to work constructively in a matrix organizationxc2xb7 Organizational skillsxc2xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skillsxc2xb7 Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldSkills:xc2xb7 Excellent project management skillsxc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesxc2xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.xc2xb7 Strategic thinking and business acumenJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
