Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviews\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making\xc2\xb7 Query Management: Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters\xc2\xb7 Re-engineering the existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, appropriate controls and reduce dependencies\xc2\xb7 Review HR processes in line with the audit requirements and suggest improvements.\xc2\xb7 Build and help build SOPs for various HR processes\xc2\xb7 Payroll Support: Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing\xc2\xb7 Supervising HR operations deliverables such as, ticket resolution, vendor contracts, onboarding, offboarding etc\xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions\xc2\xb7 Liaising with external partners, including insurance vendors\xc2\xb7 Experience using spreadsheets\xc2\xb7 Organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools is an added advantage\xc2\xb7 Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department\xc2\xb7 Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 12-14 years of Experience\xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets\xc2\xb7 Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines\xc2\xb7 Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations\xc2\xb7 Able to work constructively in a matrix organization\xc2\xb7 Organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills\xc2\xb7 Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldSkills:\xc2\xb7 Excellent project management skills\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.\xc2\xb7 Strategic thinking and business acumenJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
