Job role involves BA/BE study payments; liaison with Institutional Ethics Committee; coordination for
collaborative academic program of Jamia Hamdard and oversee management of Clinical Supply Management
as per the details given below:
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage study finances, which includes receipt of period-wise advances from SSC, payments to study
subjects and settlement with SSC
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain Study Payment Master Sheets for all studies conducted
\xef\x82\xb7 Management of Corporate Credit Card for local purchases through Cashless Transactions, whenever
required.
\xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with the Member Secretary of Jamia Hamdard Institutional Ethics Committee (JHIEC)
for timely organization of meetings to review the protocols
\xef\x82\xb7 Timely submission of Study Reports, Summary Reports, Addendums, Errata, Error Notifications, etc.
to JHIEC
\xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with the Member Secretary or Chairperson of JHIEC for other necessary notifications,
approvals, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist Principal Investigators in submitting SAE notifications to JHIEC & DCGI
\xef\x82\xb7 To communicate with Program Coordinator in Jamia Hamdard and with CPU & R&D staff to
organize classes and trainings for MSc (Clinical Research) students
\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain and provide details of the classes/trainings conducted by SPIL staff along with
assessments & attendance details to Project Coordinators in Jamia Hamdard
\xef\x82\xb7 To oversee management of Clinical Supplies and to ensure sufficient inventory of clinical supplies at
CPU, New Delhi at all times
\xef\x82\xb7 To assist Head-CPU in executing agreements between SPIL & HIMSR and in releasing the yearly
payments to HIMSR
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Purchase Orders for On-call staff
