Manager/Manager Agriculture Loans
Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of supporting onshore Credit Analyst in credit analysis, loan closing and loan servicing related services and adhere to the required TAT, Accuracy, and guidelines. You will be aligned to responsibilities based upon your skill set.Responsibilities

  • Assist onshore Credit Analyst in initial analysis of financial information
  • Collateral review and mapping
  • Create list composed of information/documents, questions and clarifications
  • Order Credit reports, bundle Searches, and complete other background screening as necessary
  • Review Credit Report
  • Review UCC searches. Check for any unexpected liens on collateral or liens that will require subordination (USDA, SBL, etc.), undisclosed debt amounts/repayment to consider in repayment analysis or adverse findings.
  • Complete Excel/Mody\xe2\x80\x99s / AgPower Analysis
  • Enter financial metrics into Salesforce for FICO scoring
  • Drafting Executive Summary/Narrative
  • Complete narrative and analysis revisions
  • Create Traditional Credit Package for review
  • Draft Preliminary Loan approval
  • Order Appraisal
  • Complete Insurance Determination and submit to the insurance coordinator for review/approval
  • Complete title engagement form and send to Closing department
  • Complete pre-closing checklist
  • Fill in rate lock forms and provide to counterparty
  • Review existing on balance sheet loans to see what recorded documents remain outstanding (DOT, Mortgage, Assignments, etc)
  • Input recording information into database to help auto generate potential assignment package for entity transfers
  • Servicing Requests (Write up servicing actions, e.g. partial collateral releases, modification requests etc.)
  • Preparation of legal documentation in standard templates approved by Client to support servicing actions (partial releases, UCC3, note modifications) and Entity Transfer process
  • UCC Continuations
  • Setup loan for monitoring (Onboard covenants into Salesforce for tracking)
  • Conduct periodic risk ratings and reviews
  • Conduct Covenants Review
  • Engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders internally and externally on a regular basis
  • Comprehend customer centric attitude to clearly articulate the resolution within timelines
  • Communicate analysis performed to the onshore team
Minimum Qualifications we seek in you
  • Strong academic background with bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution in real estate, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Adaptability to operate in dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
  • Focus on delivering high quality work whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
  • High learning agility, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of working on Moodys\xe2\x80\x99 / Salesforce software
  • Ability to write Macros / VBA code
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Highly accountable and work with least supervision
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
