We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Global Compliance Practice.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in law, compliance, business development, client
management, and regulatory technology (RegTech).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Experience:
- Have experience in delivering and implementing global compliance projects and programs.
- Exposure to Horizon Scanning and stay abreast of international regulatory changes and
ensure clients\' compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in compliance assessments, framework/policy creation, gap analysis, and risk
assessments for clients.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global compliance domain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the client
portfolio.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals and
presentations.
3. Project Delivery & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their compliance needs and
concerns.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on compliance matters.
4. Regulatory Technology (RegTech):
- Experience with implementing technology solutions and RegTech tools to streamline
compliance processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assess and recommend appropriate RegTech solutions for clients and conduct demos.
- Stay informed about emerging RegTech trends and innovations.
5. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals.- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and presentations for clients and senior
management.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and client interactions.
- Take ownership of the pipeline and the PnL of the practice vertical
Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) is a
plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in global compliance, including a strong
background in legal and regulatory matters.
- Proven track record in business development and client management within the consulting or
professional services industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions and their application in compliance
processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
