As a Prayer Tower Manager at Jesus Calls, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our prayer tower, ensuring it functions smoothly and effectively in line with our mission and values. This position requires a strong commitment to prayer, a heart for ministry, and excellent leadership and organizational skills. Skills Required: Spiritually strong and anointed / Prayerful / Team Management / Ability to manage all the prayer-related activities / Partnership building / Marketing / Fundraising / Interpersonal Skills / Aggressive / Decision Making /Team player / Serve with compassion and excellence / Fluent in English & Local Language. Key Responsibilities:
- Prayer Leadership: Lead and facilitate prayer sessions, interceding for the needs of individuals and communities locally and globally. Encourage and inspire prayer warriors and volunteers to fervently pray according to the vision of Jesus Calls.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the prayer tower, including scheduling, maintaining records, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the local community. Collaborate with them to extend prayer support and participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Spiritual Counseling: Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support to individuals seeking prayer and assistance, offering comfort, hope, and encouragement in accordance with biblical principles.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate prayer events, conferences, and special programs both onsite and online, aimed at fostering spiritual growth, revival, and unity among believers.
- Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including facilities, equipment, and materials, to ensure the prayer tower operates effectively and serves its purpose as a center for prayer and ministry.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise prayer tower staff and volunteers. Provide guidance, support, and spiritual leadership to ensure unity, effectiveness, and a Christ-centered atmosphere within the team.
