We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Graphic Designer ? Sr. Content Development Specialist
In this role, you will work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. They will be leading projects for existing and new products, features and services from test plan development through production launch. This is inclusive of cross functional collaboration on modelling and architecting data models, vendor relations, and scalability enhancements.
Responsibilities
Create new content models and EP data spreadsheets along with engineering to support new products and features. Test and verify on beta.
Provide level of effort scoping and comprehensive testing for each task on behalf of the content team for new products.
Provide level of effort and scoping for new architectures and testing time for new products.
Establish process for onboarding new vendors and designers for new products. Maintain documentation and checklists.
Establish process for developing with engineers as well as training deployment.
Identify issues with product specifications and quickly turn around fixes/solutions to save time and keep projects moving along.
Identify issues with content models or EP data and quickly turn around solutions.
Sign off on mask creation, look and feel in accordance with physical product.
Sign off on architecture structure as far as scalabality, flexibility and maintenance. Standardize processes across a product line for new products making sure that we are leveraging existing tools and scripts to increase efficiencies. Track actual time spent on new product setup, onboarding, print testing, etc."
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Rich project management experience on complex projects and knowledge of software engineering, product development and business processes.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology & processes.
Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Must have ability to quickly jump from one project to the next as priorities change
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and expert attention to detail
Fast learner, results driven, and always looking to automate tasks
Pro-active attitude and ability to take the initiative is essential
Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, while maintaining the flexibility to change task and project directional priorities Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment
Preferred qualifications
