What you will do:Manager - Design/ Graphic Design will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design solutions that align with our clients\' business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of web design principles, B2B marketing strategies, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player.Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute creative concepts for web design projects, ensuring they meet the needs and objectives of our B2B clients.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital and print platforms.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and B2B marketing.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final product.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all design work aligns with the company\'s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Optimize graphics and design elements for web performance and usability.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on web design and B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience (At least 6 years) with UX/UI design and tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and B2B marketing collateral.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
