The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the go-to-market strategies for products and services aimed at the consumer market. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive successful launches and adoption of products.Main Accountabilities :

  • Ensure execution of GTM strategy for B2C sales division within agreed timelines.
  • Design and execute programs for driving DSM efficiency, productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of GTM strategies
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of GTM strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide support, training, and resources to drive successful execution of GTM strategies
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ensure execution
Impact/Dimensions :
  • Responsible for executing the GTM strategy for revenue growth in B2C business
  • Drive implementation of all new sales operation related initiatives
  • Cross Functional Collaboration with teams for alignment and execution of GTM strategies. By fostering collaboration and communication across different departments, we can drive cohesive and integrated efforts to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Tracking the success of GTM strategies by making data driven decisions which would in turn help improve outcomes

Education/Experience :

  • Analytical skills to track and measure the success of GTM initiatives and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve GTM objectives.
