Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead the ZBB team in developing and maintaining ZBB budgets.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Budget Development and Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to review and refine ZBB budgets.
- Ensure that all budget submissions are supported by detailed justifications.
- Cost Analysis and Optimization:
- Oversee detailed cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics tools for performance analysis.
- Financial Reporting:
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Analyse and interpret financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve and streamline ZBB processes and tools.
- Automate data consolidation and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
