Global PMO Manager (IT),

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate with MBA from reputed institutes. Should have experience in delivering strategic IT projects in a large global manufacturing organisation. Deep expertise in Infrastructure and Enterprise applications projects delivery., Ability to manage multiple project managers with diversified cultural background

Female candidates will be preferred.

KRA\'s:

1. Derives Annual IT Systems implementation plan based on the Strategic Roadmaps, Business Plan and Senior Stakeholder needs

2. Manage Key stakeholder relationships to ensure Success of the project delivery

3. Participates in partner evaluations for projects needing association of an external partner

4. Evaluate, Implement and establish Project Management tools for effective monitoring and management of IT projects

5. Establish PMO standards for project management, budget control

6. Employ project, program, and portfolio management practices strategically.

7. Ensure structured Project planning and scheduling based on the Project Objectives & goals with target dates, resource requirements, budgets needed and definition of potential risks in each projects undertaken by the IT team

8. Drive to define dependencies across the tenure of the project and Governance methods to ensure that the project is completed within given cost and time lines, fulfilling the intended Goal

9. Effective communication to the Regional Executive committees on the overall Projects status and seek support in successfully delivering the projects to the business

10. Define the projects fundamental dimensions like Scope, Resources, Timelines and building quality dimension to every project picked up. And track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines till the project is successfully / formally closed / capitalized
