We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Finance Operations GSC\xe2\x80\x99s.

Principal responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the head of Global AMG finance operations on BAU MI key deliveries including AMG MI Exco pack, ALCO pack, 24 months monthly forecasting, FRP, Budgeting, Headcount, Key clients, etc.
• Reporting of AMG KPI\xe2\x80\x99s inclusive of AUM/AUD, Net Flows, Revenue by channel/capability/country
• Support and create dashboards on Tableau for reporting across AMG teams
• Support regular monthly/quarterly reporting with ability to build new reports using the data
• Expert in visual reports, dashboards and critical metric scorecards using Tableau
• Must be proficient with Tableau and knows visualization standard methodologies
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis
• Partner with in-country teams in UK and AMG regional sites on fulfilling Global requirements and continuously enhancing the overall MI reporting, especially leading and helping on the Projects
• Responsible for group submission to WPB teams on AMG monthly, quarterly and annuals submissions
• Partner with BFCD (Change delivery) teams in the development and implementation of any enhancements to AMG MI reporting
• Provide support during AMG AOP, annual budgeting processes
• Supporting the AMG Global team in UK on various group (RBWM) adhoc requests
• Actively drive the Tableau initiatives across AMG teams, enhance reporting by developing best in class Tableau dashboards across AMG finance
• Enhance internal controls, continuously seeking to reengineer local business process to obtain efficiencies and reduce cost
• Develop robust documentation of current processes to support staff training and eventually broader finance team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CA, CPA, ICWA or MBA; candidates with other degrees along with Tableau knowledge will be considered for the role
• 7+ years relevant work experience; less experience considered for exceptional performers
• Candidate with knowledge of tools like Tableau, Qlik are preferred
• Sound analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral; comfortable with interacting with most senior members of leadership
