We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Frontline Support


Principal Responsibilities


• Front end queries on the designated Dashboards raised by Relationship Managers (RMs) or Coverage Team and provide resolution.
• Resolve data quality issues for revenues, risk weighted assets, liquidity premium, expected and cost by working closely with various upstream teams.
• Communicate on query resolution progress to the requestor who initially raised the query.
• Ensure service delivery of the designated finance processes as per the standards set out in agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the HSBC operating framework, considering key operational risks (e.g., people & processes)
• Serve as a key connecting function with Frontline business, maintain a high degree of prioritization, engagement, and communication at all the time.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Business Partners and identify areas of service improvements by maintain regular contact and utilizing feedback mechanisms.
• Be collaborative, take responsibility for resolving / communicating, drive to improve, and demonstrate high capacity to learn and take initiative.
• Create an environment within the Helpdesk team that fosters knowledge sharing and open forums.
Requirements
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) or MBA from Tier 1 institution with 8+ post qualification experience (PQE) in Management Information/ Client Market Intelligence / Financial Control. Technology background of any programming language (SQL/Python/Qlik) would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of business / finance concepts and terminology within a banking environment.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in green status and perform high standard Query management.
• Operations management including data, process and system governance and stakeholder management.
• Deliver Business as Usual (BAU) and other initiatives within challenging timelines in an ambiguous environment and through multiple iterations.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Good fundamental understanding of risk-return profitability measures (e.g., RoRWA) is highly desired.
• Experience in a service center or customer-facing type environment is highly desired.
