We are hiring for a well recognized and fast growing Home Furnishing Brand, HQ at Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Position serves as a key strategy driver to achieve overall business growth and profitability

- We\'re looking for a hustler to act as a Right Hand to Founder / management to facilitate effective decision-making and execution.

- As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization.

- Ideal candidate will have experience in business management, executive-level advising, interdepartmental collaboration and financial understanding

- Drive key strategic cross-functional projects

Market / Competitive Intelligence :

- Participate in meetings with Founder, track multiple business activities, coordinate execution

- Generate ideas and help in developing long range strategic plans

- Continuously review strategy and make incremental changes

- Even though incumbent will not have direct P&L accountability, he/ she will be responsible for identifying high growth opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives

Qualifications and Skill:

- A MBA/ BE/ Masters\'s (ideally Tier -1 school) in Business Administration or related field

- Min 1 years\' executive level experience, project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects independently

- Ideal candidates would have worked in Founders office or in a program management office

- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent in Data, Numbers.

- Good communication & presentation skills, with the ability to express views clearly is a must

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

- Being inquisitive, tech savvy, self-motivated and having the ability to get along with different people

- Be ready to work with the utmost degree of discretion & ensure confidentiality
