Form Work JD\xc2\xb7 Construction activities for the scheduled works as well as monitoring the progress.\xc2\xb7 Execution all the civil works as per the project specification in the planned duration.\xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with CLIENTS, CONSULTANT & SUBCONTRACTORS.\xc2\xb7 Resource (Material, Manpower & Machinery) arrangement and allocation as per the requirement.\xc2\xb7 Expertise Knowledge in Reading Structural, Architectural and MEP Design Drawings& Shop Drawings,\xc2\xb7 Preparing daily progress reports and updates. Monitoring on site, avoiding wastage of material and manpower at site.\xc2\xb7 Preparing Joint Measurement Records (JMR), Verbal Instruction Confirmation (VIC), Request for Information (RFI) for solving the site-documental issues & works.\xc2\xb7 Inspection of Scaffold Systems before starting any work.\xc2\xb7 Conducting safety inspection for daily and weekly & maintaining safety standards as per EHS plan.\xc2\xb7 Executing all the works as per the Quality Standards and for the satisfaction of the client.\xc2\xb7 Inspection of Materials like Underground construction (Basement, Grade slab) Form Works, Steel Structures, Architectural Materials, Entrance Portal Steel Structures Materials etc., for construction of the various Projects.\xc2\xb7 Conducting Site meeting with supervisor and Junior engineers for daily & weekly progress review.\xc2\xb7 Assuring the quality of reinforcement fabrication, Form work, Concrete repair, Water proofing, Excavation & Back filling work as per the project specifications. > Execution of rebar installation/fabrication in accordance to approved shop drawings. > Preparing Monthly subcontractors bills & also helps to client bills.\xc2\xb7 Supervision and inspection at site for sub structures/ super structures civil works such as, foundation, ground slab, columns, beams, roof slab and lift walls, core walls etc.,\xc2\xb7 Supervision and inspection at site for sub structures/ super structures architectural works such as, block works, plastering, painting, floor granite, ceiling etc.,.\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of Major Construction Materials & Consumables for my part of the work.\xc2\xb7 Handing over of Building Work area to the Client & SCs and maintaining Documents.
