Key Responsibilities :- Agent Recruitment and Development:- Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents.- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.- Mentor and coach agents to optimize their performance and drive growth.- Set and track performance metrics to measure agent productivity and effectiveness.- Identify and address performance gaps through targeted coaching and support.- Motivate and inspire agents to exceed sales targets and achieve career goals.- Cultivate strong partnerships with agency principals and key decision-makers.- Proactively address agent concerns and provide timely solutions.- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the agency network.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in an agency channel.- Deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.Kevisha Patel : 88490 20556 (ref:updazz.com)
