We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Finance


Principal responsibilities


• The role requires to manage Operational accounting process. He needs to work closely with the financial controllers of the legal entity, engage with various stakeholders for on time book close and financial reporting.
• Needs to work for Audit support by supplying evidences as per Audit requirements. Daily and weekly bank and Intercompany reconciliations and preparation of schedules.
• Adept with Month close, Financial reporting, Saracen reporting, Balance sheet substantiation and bank reconciliation, ICO breaks, Audit and financial statements. Identify, Initiate and then implement process improvement projects leading to operational efficiency and higher productivity.
• Establish and maintain effective relationship with Business Partners and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanism.
• Adherence to Group policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements including but not limited to Declaration of secrecy, data protection act, health, safety & security, clear desk policy.
Requirements
• BCom /M Com/ CA(Inter)/ CWA (Inter), :10+ years
• Fully Qualified CA / CMA: 2+ Years
• Strong accounting knowledge with prior experience of handling finance control teams
• Logical, Conceptual & analytical thinking. Experience and exposure in solving complex problems and demonstrated ability to provide accounting and managerial solutions
• Direct functional Experience in managing the activities namely - Monthly Accruals/ Bank Reconciliation Statement preparation/ General Ledger maintenance including monthly closing activities/ Group Reporting etc.
• Lead role in identifying the risks associated with finance control process and implementation of corrective controls.
• Understanding of applications like Fusion, TM1, Hyperion, Oracle Financials, etc.
• Must be experienced in working under pressure and yet deliver the desired results without data quality compromise
