Experience - Min 5 years

Min 3 years experience in public listed company

Location - Pune

Industry - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, analysis, and rating of Vendors / Suppliers financials

- Review Contracts - Payment Terms & Conditions, penalties, compensation, etc.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, review and monitor costs.

- Financial Modelling (proficient in Excel) and Critical Analysis of New Projects/Proposals

- Prepare financial models, CMAs, NBGs, proposal notes, information memorandums and other material as per transaction requirements in consonance with Lenders and Sector policies.

- Coordinating and managing requirements of technical, legal, financial due diligence

- Ensure timely drawdown and compliance of all pre disbursement and post disbursement conditions incl. documentation, security creation, etc.

- Monitor change in budget as per approved policies and procedures.

- Track key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance.

- Preparation, Analysis & Presentation of MIS, Presentation, Variances & Key Observation Reports for Management Meetings (BRC/Chairman/MD Meetings) etc.

Job Specifications:

Education and Skills:

- MBA Finance (from reputed institution)

- Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, SAP / Oracle

- Team player with highest standards of integrity

- Good interpersonal skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and be a problem-solver.

Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi

Experience: 5 to 10 years (Real Estate / Construction Background)
