Should have relevant experience in the fieldKey AccountabilitiesDuty Statements

• Responsible for fund raising from Banks/FI
• Work out the financial projections, prepare information memorandums, etc.
• Negotiating the term sheet to getting the sanction and the
• disbursements and have continuous monitoring of loan covenants and stipulations
• Conclude the financial agreements entered into by the Company under various financing facilities from Banks/ FI
• Draft responses to periodical queries from Banks
• Handle bank mandated audits
• Prepare various reports as required by the Banks from time to time.
• Handle rating agencies.
• Handling deliverables based on timelines and handling multiple banks simultaneously.
