Preparation of Subsidiary Provision Schedule for console level pack. Coordinating with Statutory Audit/ Internal Audit/ICFR and resolving their queries on projects handling. Handling queries of all stakeholders regarding validation, and opex budgets gets resolved on time with satisfaction of all stake holders. Prepares SG&A budget for relevant heads and submit with management team for review. Timely renewal of Insurance Policies at most optimised rates. Timely follow up for insurance claims raised by EMAAR and ensures claims are received. Follow up for adjustment of Opex Advances given to vendors. Ensure cost drivers are in place and any exception is duly documented. New Vendor Registration, Broker code approval, up dation of GST and Bank details for the existing vendors Preparation of Admin (standalone & Consolidated) Schedule for console level pack.
