Position Title: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Finance / Sr. Manager - Finance

Reports to (Title): General Manager and \xe2\x80\xa6. CFO

Essential Job Functions Include as follows

Finance Controller:

• Monthly finalization of books of accounts for multiple operating companies as per US GAAP.
• To set up internal controls and processes as per Core Internal Controls and mapping activities as per walk through.
• To ensure compliance as per FCPA, Third Party Guidance, Know Your Customer, Visual Compliance, Import and Export Compliance.
• To establish Segregation of Duties in Finance function.
• To ensure management of working capital and free cash and to train non-finance. colleagues and distributors on working capital cycle and its importance.
• Analysis on investment opportunities on local assembly, localization versus imports.
• Accounts Receivables, Inventory and Fixed Assets Management.
• To review Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation in Cadency for all Opcos.
• Finalization of Statutory Audit, Transfer Price Study, Tax Audit and Cost Audit for Dover India Private Limited by co-ordinating with other locations (Mumbai and Bangalore).
• To co-ordinate with Internal Auditors for process improvements
• Productivity improvement through ERP development
• Commercial guidance on customer support activities for all Opcos
• Treasury support for BGs, LC and import & export
• MIS and reviews with Opcos verticals on variances with AOP and Rolling Forecast vis-\xc3\xa0-vis Previous Year performance.
• Review and improvement on Logistics performance
