Role: Finance Manager Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Permanent Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: UK business hours
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the entire Month end close process (AR, AP, Payroll, Intercompany, Bank, Accruals, Prepayment, Fixed Asset, Loan, CAPEX, Reconciliations etc)
• Compilation of Balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage the team to ensure consistent, timely and accurate reporting for the UKI region
• Work closely with FP&A lead on costs analysis

• Assist the Group Financial Control on consolidation and ad hoc reporting
• Ensure Accounting policy and reporting standard are adhered to
• Support external audit
• Involve in system implementation, process automation process
• Support UK company tax-related matters (VAT, Income, and Corporation tax) and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Experience producing management and statutory financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)
• Advanced Excel skills
• NetSuite experience preferrable
• Qualified ACCA/CA with 4-5 years of experience
