Ensure Fixed Assets accounting & reporting, Invoice processing & Payments, Credit management, Payroll accounting & computation of OPEX provisions, Compliance of Sox & ICFR & perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing, Co-ordinate with auditors for Statutory & Internal audit by providing schedules.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading R2R/C2C/P2P Activities for APAC Entities :

• Supporting the complete Record to Report activities for India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, & Australia in close coordination with Country Controllers.
• Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation.
• Ensure ICFR, Sox & RCM documentation for internal control as per policy
• Ensure all the escalations relating to month closings raised from entity controllers are attended to without any delays.
• Reconciliation of Inventory (Subledger and GL)
• Invoice processing & Payment with taxes applicability
• Month end provision listing & prepaid entries
• Customer credit management
• Rebate/ATOD Provision on monthly basis and Annual Payment
• Billing, E BRC and SOFTEX filing with STPI
• Balance Sheet Review and Quarterly Flux
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
• GL A/c Reconciliation including the GST/VAT Reconciliation for APAC
• Fixed Assets Reconciliations, Interco Reconciliation and Balance confirmation
• Generate and review Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L for statutory purposes.
• Preparation and circulation of various financial & business reports on daily /Quarterly /Annual

Relevant Work Experience Required:

• Proficiency in SAP ERP system & Excel is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Coaching and mentoring of the team members.

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:CA/ICWA with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.Equal Opportunity Employer
