JD: Manager - Finance and accounts

We are seeking a highly competent Manager of Finance and Accounts to oversee all financial aspects of our company's operations and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations but also provide strategic guidance to senior management to make critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:

l Handling end to end financial activities of the company

l Should have mandatory experience from IT Services companies

l Qualification- CA Inter

l Experience on accounting activities of the company- India Accounting and should be aware of US Accounting as well

l Responsible for Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables

l Responsible for all Statutory filings GST, GST refund, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, Form16's, Investment Declarations, S&E, IEC, RBI etc.

l Responsible for Internal Audit and External year end Audits

l All compliances and Taxation related to be handled

l MIS reporting, Project based reporting

l Experience in Company laws, IFRS, FEMA, RBI laws, Labour laws

l Experience in ODI Filling, APR Filling, FLA Filling, Foreign WOS Incorporation & Registration

l Very Strong in Accounting, Statutory, Compliance, Taxation, Banking related activities and Finance

l Leadership & Problem-solving skills

l Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

l Good exp with advanced MS Excel and other office tools

Requirements:

l Experience- 10 to 14 years

l Location- Hyderabad (WFO)

l Immediate Joiners preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
