Job Description
Qualification: CAKey Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or relevant accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and report variances.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the organization\'s needs.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial assets.
- Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with the organization\'s goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
- Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote professional development.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Controller, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis..
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
