Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors- Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets- Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targetsRequire Candidate Profile- 2 or 4 Years Of Experience In Sales And Marketing- Excellent Communication- Candidate ok with Field Sales- Graduation CompulsoryInterested Candidate Apply Or 87358 10683 (ref:updazz.com)
