Job Description
We seek a results-driven Life Insurance Field Sales Manager to lead our team, develop strategies, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer service and compliance.Roles and responsibilities:- Lead sales efforts: Establishing and carrying out sales plans to reach goals and increase income.- Team Management: Assemble, develop, and oversee a productive sales force.- Client Relationships: To increase client retention and satisfaction, cultivate and preserve solid client relationships.- Market analysis: Keep abreast of market developments and modify plans as necessary.- Reporting and Compliance: Make sure that industry rules are followed, and give senior management regular performance reports.Qualifications:- Business, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor's degree level (MBA is a plus).- More than 2 years of sales experience, including 6 months of management experience in the insurance industry.- strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.- Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits - Bike and Driving licence mandatory Shraddha Dobariya+91 84888 33693 (ref:updazz.com)
