• Experience in field Operation and maintenance
• Experience in Installation and commissioning of RAN and Microwave equipment\'s.
• Knowledge on trouble shooting of RAN and Microwave equipment\'s (OEM- Nokia/Huawei/Ericson).
• Knowledge on OSS, IP and TXN Domain.
• Experience on Cross function communication(Fiber, Infra & RF)
• Able to available for 24x7 in field operations.
• Proven Communication Skill.
• Lead monthly reporting and analytic activities
• Supervises Field activities and technician as required
• Basic knowledge on Infra conditions of cell sites and Transport hubs.
• Able to work at height (MW alignment/RF module replacement).
• Conduct Daily preventive maintenance for precautionary trouble shooting.
• Commitment to teamwork and Highest quality customer service
• Experience on Faulty handling
• Knowledge of HSW and Safety concerns and implementation on daily work
